The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and a strong communicator. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs all work adhering to OSHA and H&K Safety policiesDrives truck to destinationPrepares receipts for load pick upMaintains truck log according to state and federal regulations and company policyMaintains telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive delivery instructionsLoads and unloads truckInspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and waterPerforms daily pre and post trip of vehicleTarps all loads when public roadway travel is necessaryTrims all loads prior to tarping when necessaryOther duties as assigned QualificationsRequired Skills, Education, and ExperienceTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
