This includes Recruiting, Training, Talent Development, Career Management, Diversity, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Technology, Finance and HR Service Delivery.As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate, your role will be to ensure your sourcing and recruiting partners are best positioned to attract, engage and source top talent, both internally and externally, at the front end of the recruiting cycle. The primary responsibilities include connecting recruiting with quality hires, providing strategic sourcing solutions and proactive pipelining for future needs.ResponsibilitiesManage front end sourcing process, create and implement sourcing strategiesProvide guidance to recruiting on sourcing processes, techniques, controls and policiesSource, engage and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channelsPartner with recruiting to anticipate upcoming needs and strategize pipelinesProactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline the front end of the recruiting processDemonstrate expert level of understanding of talent needs by participating in meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of responsibility as well as managing expectationsProvide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the sourcing process; share feedback and track all engagements and activity CRMEducate candidates on the career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy and many advantages of employment, selling both the firm and the opportunityConduct appropriate compensation expectation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offersTake ownership of the sourcer roles within the Diversity& Inclusion Accountability Matrix; understand diversity goals and where we have opportunities to support efforts in sourcingProvide meaningful market data in support of client and recruiting needsUtilize the complete functionality of the applicant tracking system and maintain data integrity and controlsQualificationsBachelor''s degree required5-7 years of experience in recruiting at a fast-paced corporate environment or recruiting agencyExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAble to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detailPossess a controls mindset; understand employment laws and regulationsExperience using recruiting and sourcing platforms is preferredExperience planning and managing networking event or projectsSuperior multitasking, project management and presentation skills coupled with business acumenPrior experience handling sensitive/confidential informationAble to tell a story with data and metricsStrong time management skills, and the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritizeJPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world''s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
