Our Communications Lead will be experienced with real estate deals and projects and have expertise in compiling C-Suite executive communications and presentation materials. Our Communications Lead will be a resourceful and proactive individual who is a strategic thinker and creative problem-solver with superior communication capabilities and great people skills.As our account Communications Lead you will be responsible for the internal communications needs of our CBRE account team, including executives, line of business colleagues, and shared service center partners. Of equal importance, your work will support our clients real estate division in driving forward their dynamic business strategy, ensuring stakeholder alignment and engagement. This exciting environment is extremely fast paced and continuously evolving with a high degree of ambiguity requiring our Communications Lead to be skilled in effective organizational communication, process excellence, and collaboration.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvide strategic leadership for all communications and work creatively to tailor communications for fit across diverse workplaces and audiencesWrite, publish, and distribute employee updates and communications, ranging from ad hoc announcements to weekly, monthly, and quarterly messages, reports and publicationsWork with pace to create and implement high-quality materials and deliverables, including business deal review decks for our business line mangers, executive and C-Suite leaders (e.g., CEO, CFO, CTO), and parent company partnersPartner in the development and implementation of change management strategies and devise plans for new programs, initiatives, and rolloutsPartner in the development of communications plans and messages for significant corporate security, business continuity, and corporate planned (i.e., workshops /conferences) or emergency events across diverse workplace typesMaintain communications schedules and global email distribution lists (including troubleshooting/resolving problems by interfacing with corporate Information Technology) for multiple projects / events running concurrently and ensure that all communication deliverables follow internal approval guidelines and are completed on timeAddress both defined and impromptu communication needs and consistently produce work that is used as company-wide examples of best-in-class collateralHandle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer service and product excellenceCarry-out special projects as requested and be responsible for other duties as assignedAbout You:You can formulate advanced concepts and solutions that demand a high degree of creativity, innovation, technological expertise, and ingenuityYou are creative and eager to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environmentYou are curious and have a broad mindset with the capacity to devise communication strategiesYou are proactive and able to be flexible as work priorities, design concepts and collateral needs changeYou have strong communication and interpersonal skills; you can move an individual or a crowd, translate technical/financial concepts into a persuasive story and inspire your audience to work towards a common goal and visionYou thrive on detail-oriented work and have strong project management, organizational, and time management skillsYou are a self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision but can also collaborate effectively in a team settingYou work comfortably with high-ranking executives in content development, feedback integration, priority setting and approval of communications strategiesYou easily integrate feedback and lessons learned for your work and search for ways to achieve best in class outputsYou face stressful and uncertain situations with calmness and composureQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Communications experience in the Technology sector preferred. Work samples termediate to advance skills with Google Workplace (formerly Google Suite). Errors in judgment may cause long-term impact to line of business and/or overall company.CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $150,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $160,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience.
