Digital Media Specialist

Plymouth Rock is seeking an analytically minded and entrepreneurial Digital Media Analyst to join our rapidly growing Direct Response Auto Insurance business. As the Digital Media Analyst you will manage day to day operations of all digital media campaigns. In addition, you will be responsible for working cross functionally with other media teams on tracking, measuring and optimizing campaigns. If you are a creative and data driven digital marketing professional with the desire to grow and be challenged in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment we want to hear from you!Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesExecuting, managing, and optimizing all digital media campaigns and programs, including platform media buying independently and in support of ManagerIncluding, but not limited to SEM, programmatic and socialHandling daily campaign maintenance, including pacing and performance, as well as troubleshooting and optimizationAnalyze and interpret data and make recommendations to enhance overall campaign performanceWork cross functionally with creative team to align on campaign creative assets and executionWork cross functionally with the analytics team to optimize campaign performance, measurement and budget allocationDemonstrating diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices throughout the full campaign life-cycle Qualifications And EducationBachelor''s degree in business, marketing or a quantitative major3-5 years of work experience in a marketing or marketing analytics roleKnowledge of SEM, DSP and/or paid social platformsAbility to quickly learn and utilize new digital marketing platforms (Google Ad Manager, Facebook, Google Analytics, internal dashboards etc.)Strong qualitative and quantitative skills with the ability to draw conclusions and form recommendations from data analysesStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointComfortable multi-tasking and working on multiple projects in a team setting About The CompanyThe Plymouth Rock Company and its affiliated group of companies write and manage over $1.6 billion in personal and commercial auto and homeowner''s insurance throughout the Northeast and mid-Atlantic, where we have built an unparalleled reputation for service.
