Other brands include PrintRunner, Packola, Logo Sportswear, and Signs.We''re seeking an ambitious, creative, and analytical growth marketer who will develop and implement the retention marketing strategy for 1-2 of our brands. In this role, you''ll be accountable for the overall repeat sales growth. You''ll be responsible for working with multiple stakeholders across the company to gain strategic alignment and hit business goals. You''ll define innovative, breakthrough marketing such as email, push, and other digital placements - and in doing so, you''ll have the opportunity to reimagine and define how Digital Room partners with our customers. This is an opportunity for someone who loves to be challenged intellectually, operates with flexibility, leads with kindness, and is looking for an opportunity to have an outsized impact on the future of our business.Essential Functions/Responsibilities:You will work closely with members of cross-functional teams to create meaningful and strategic lifecycle marketing strategies.You will work hands-on in our tools on campaign set-up, segmentation, scheduling, QA testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, automated recurring/triggered and dynamic multi-channel campaigns.You will own campaign ideation, opportunity sizing, asset development, deployment, testing, optimization, analysis, and reporting.You will analyze and leverage data to develop a strategy to meet company goalsYou will deploy A/B tests to drive the most effective ROI and incremental lift. Lead pre-test analysis, test design, execution, measurement, and post-test analysis.You will collaborate with acquisition marketers, pricing experts, product managers, brand stakeholders, and, from time to time, our executive councilYou will have opportunities to test new ideas, channels and find better ways to achieve company goalsKnowledge/Skills/Abilities4-6 years'' experience in performance-based marketing, email marketing, direct mail or displayDegree in marketing or related fieldProficient in email sending platforms (Marketo, MailChimp, etc.)Good design perspective, excellent in creating punch lines and content ideasWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS and PhotoshopAn ability to respond to changes and adapt quicklyGood in Excel and presentation skillsStrong attention to detailGood project management and communication skillsAn ability to work under pressure and accept challengesYou care about what you do and are excited to own, define and take the challenge of improving customer lifetime value - beyond merely giving coupons and free items to drive repeat salesWe are an equal opportunity employer.
