Mechanical Engineer - Integrity

Our client in Ironton, OH is in need of a Mechanical Engineer - Integrity. This position will be contract to permanent. This is a brand new facility and a chance to work with innovative process technology. This is an immediate position opening with a competitive based pay rate. Must be a United States Citizen.Job Description:Creates, reviews and/or approves repair plans to correct terfaces with and supports maintenance/reliability/MI engineers, operations regarding concerns or deficiencies found on equipment.Coordinates periodic dialogues and provides guidance to operations, PMCs, planning, and maintenance to ensure continued reliable operation.Oversee deliverable production to ensure compliance with industry codes, environmental guidelines, company specifications, quality assurance program and project work plan.Performs as the mechanical integrity lead for outages, turnarounds, and projects developing stationary equipment inspection and repair scopes.Supports or leads special reliability projects such as Corrosion, rotating or fixed equipmentPosition RequirementsBachelor''s degree in Mechanical Engineering5 + Years of experience as a Mechanical EngineerPrevious experience within the Chemical or Plastic industry1+ years in overall plant Operations experience in maintaining a running facility.Operations Technology Specialists is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
