IT Onboarding Manager

Westmark Enterprises/Kendall Hunt Publishing is looking for their next IT Onboarding Manager. This role is responsible for the oversight and management of onboarding team for the organizations. Our Onboarding Team performs two main functions: Integrations between our Customers and our platform. Testing our Platforms when changes are made including upgrades, enhancements, and security this role you will provide support for our affiliated companies, including Kendall Hunt Publishing, Westmark Development, Great River Learning and all of their respective customers. What Do I Do As An IT Onboarding Manager?Overall responsibility for maintaining a positive customer experience when our customers need help.Assists Director of Development with recommendations and implementation of appropriate technology to best serve our customers.Identify and Improve ProcessesAssist with preparation of scheduling and monitors expenditures in regards to support.Participates in corporate team managementProvides leadership and oversight to staffWho Do We Need?Someone with an Associate''s degree (A.
