This position will work directly with the Product leadership to support the definition of business requirements, craft product strategy and own development of technical requirements with the development team. This position will also work directly with the development team and product stakeholders to implement and manage the requirements of the product features and enhancements. Responsibilities Define project requirements, identify project milestones, phases, and elements needed to complete stories and epics in an agile framework Coordinate with VP of Product to define mid-term product roadmap objectives and strategy Coordinate near-term product backlog and manage backlog, looking ahead multiple sprints (in coordination with product lead) Investigate and understand technical details concerning how our software works and the problems they solve for our clients Develop functional product requirements and breakdown requirements into detailed epics, stories and tasks Clearly communicate with development team to manage workflows and delegate tasks to development resources Study system capabilities and write detailed specifications Construct workflow charts and diagrams to help clarify and elaborate upon functional as well as technical requirements Develop detailed data process flow diagrams as needed Coordinate with data analyst(s) and development team to support data systems through process optimization and orientation Identify KPIs and key metrics and track against those metrics to develop iterative plans for product enhancements Improve systems by studying current processes and practices to discover enhancements and modifications Monitor project progress by tracking activities Communicate to the Product lead on project progress through reporting and development of progress and project dashboards as needed Support testing of stories and requirements for product updates, partnering with Quality Assurance, to ensure completion of all functional and technical requirements Work with Product team and Development team on estimation and story pointing Support velocity tracking and optimization of agile processes to improve upon business and technical operations Identify and engage all key stakeholders, contributors, business and technical resources required for product updates and ensure contributors are motivated to complete tasks within the parameters of the requirements Work with the entire team (engineering/customer success/sales/etc) and customers to resolve any conflicts or confusion related to requirements or desired functionality Critical thinking when defining requirements to have foresight into potential related conditions (ie. errors, etc...) that can/should be handled during development Skill Set 5+ years of experience in technical analysis, product or project management Experience working in software development and leading project/product teams in execution of software development Experience with agile or scrum methodology and ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment Experience leading large-scale third party implementations with a cross-functional team Experience with third-party integrations (notably CRMs) is a major plus Be able to wear multiple hats - technical analyst, product manager, scrum master - all of these are roles that will likely come into play with this position Ability to resolve conflicting end-user requirements Deep knowledge and understanding of the technical details associated with software development Top notch organizational skills and ability to work within processes, as well as develop and optimize processes Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities / projects and pivot between responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Ability to collaborate with team members and execute on project plans that require input from others on the team Ability to develop and manage project plans to execute on multiple projects simultaneously Exemplary personal and professional integrity and business ethics Thorough attention to detail, highly organized and adaptable to shifting business priorities, have a passion for technical software development and be able to instill that enthusiasm in others Seamless.AI has been delivering the world''s best sales leads since 2015.
