Join Konica Minolta and help drive innovation as we transform the Workplace of the Future.â„¢Position ObjectiveKonica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Contact Administrator!The Contact Administrator is responsible for preparing, analyzing, billing, maintaining contracts that involve the sale of services, equipment, supplies and/or products. Also responsible for interacting with customers internally and externally on service contract related issues.Essential Job FunctionsMajor Goals/Responsibilities:Process sales orders and update sales order management systemsProcess invoices and credits for sales orders, projects and contractsSet-up and continual maintenance to all contracts in the systemCollect meter data from clients for service contract billingMaintain internal database systems Provide support to SymQuest Sales Representatives that includes, but is not limited to;o Updated relevant service rate/contract profitability information and reports as neededo Internal credit approvals and lease approvalso Produce client facing reportsProvide client support as it relates to billing questions/ratesManage Lease portfolio and provide assistance with upload/download of data for billing/payments to and from leasing vendorsCoordinate third party dealsScanning (imaging) of all deal paperwork to virtual file cabinetsMonth End Reporting and processesManaging email boxes to ensure timely responses to internal and external customersCompetencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel (ability to create & maintain spreadsheets)Strong customer service/relationship management skills with customers and co-workersStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to self-supervise daily activities and manage prioritiesMust work well in a team environmentMust be a quick learner and display initiativeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience, Educational Reqts and CertificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent2+ years'' experience in customer service, office, and phone workKonica Minolta Offers: Outstanding benefits package (including medical, dental, vision, life insurance)401(k) plan with matching company contributionGenerous holiday and paid time off schedulesOngoing professional development trainingVisible, exciting work supporting sales of cutting edge technology and workflow solutions.Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., a global Fortune 1000 company and one of Forbes Best-In-State Employers 2021, is transforming the way we all do business.From smart office technology and information management to cloud, mobility and IT services, we have a rich history of creating the products and services necessary to drive innovation and make work possible from anywhere at any time.
