Position Summary:A highly competitive and quickly growing Insurance Agency seeking a Marketing Manager to be a Point Person for the department and assist the Marketing Director to set the department pace. They will assist in creatingÙ« improving, planning and maintaining content with the goal of achieving business goals, optimization, brand consistency and to continue to build the company a strong social media presence as well as aid in business development via social media marketing. We are looking for a determined achiever and results-driven individual to coordinate and help oversee our various digital mediums and assist our company in reaching specific marketing goals. Also, Help manage the day-to-day of the team and assisting with the growth track of individual team members to help aide in the overall growth of the department Our ideal candidate is a professional go-getter who wants to be fully engaged in their work with demonstrableÙ« refined skills in creative thought, organization and planning. They should be detail oriented, be equipped with very strong prioritization skills, able to work proficiently under pressure, and look to get the job done no matter what! Grow with a growing company!! Young and hungry preferred!Essential functions: • Develop a content calendar and subsequently delegate within said calendar in the department alongside Marketing Director planning out daily, weekly and monthly content Idea and content creation for department (team effort) - brainstorming, think tank! • Schedule & publish engaging content for marketing department - use of Social PilotEmail Marketing Campaign creation and maintenance - sending out email blasts using Aweber • Be outgoing! Inspire team members in unique ways to keep content freshCollaboratively design and develop content alongside marketing team • Project management, efficient Calendar Management and organization of the department and flow - strong "follow up" skills!Responsible for assisting Marketing Director in designing and implementing company''s digital media plans and strategies - both long- and short-term plans/strategiesProvide metric and analysis reports which include insights to optimize marketing effortsKeep content team on board with a calendar, meeting deadlines and staying ahead of trendsKeep up to date on industry trends and competitorsNetworking on platforms and growing audience - social media engagementBeing the "Point Person" in the Department and Working closely with Marketing Director to set pace for the departmentSupporting problem resolution and decision-makingMonitoring performance of team members and initiating action to strengthen resultsHigh leadership, communication, and critical thinking skillsHelp shape and be a part of the solution for companywide cultureGeneral Requirements and Qualifications: • Must be legal to work in the United States (A citizen or national of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work) • Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken- professional • Excellent organizational, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills • Highly self-motivated and ability to work independently • Be an excellent critical thinker with exceptional communication and analytical skills • Advanced Computer skills in MS office suite, especially Excel, Word; Adobe Software and Google Suite (Gmail, Google drive etc.) • Strong knowledge of best practices for social media and social media marketing • Ability to create and execute thoughts and ideas fully and completely • Collaborative, creative team player passionate about our Mission. • Leadership skills and a "go-getter" positive attitudeExperience with content creation and copy writing HIGHLY PREFERRED - We are looking for a candidate who has a sense of ownership and pride in their performance and its impact on company''s success and someone who can EXECUTE no matter what!!Wages commeasurate upon experience- Benefits-Medical, Dental, PTO, 401K with match, Employee ownership in stock, salary + Bonuses.Job Type: Full-time in office
