In the role of Manager, Finance KNA Analytics you will be a key part of the Kellogg Companys success. Working as part of our GR-R-REAT Finance organization, you will identify, lead and own operational efficiency initiatives, growth opportunities, and cost-saving strategies. Youll also act as an advisor to business leadership on financial matters and provide input into business decisions from a financial perspective. HERES A TASTE OF WHAT YOULL BE DOING Subject Matter Expert Bring your consultative cap to the office because in this role youll be the subject matter expert and work with the categories and functions to identify strategic projects to drive value and take proactive actions to minimize risks and optimize opportunities. Analysis and Insights With an uncommonly good eye, youll examine financial performance and communicate results and insights to management teams across functions and categories. Youll also investigate opportunities for profit enhancement and recommend actions that promote improved financial results. Your insights will help shape tomorrow. Model Collaborator In this role, youll conduct P&L and cash flow analysis across KNA, perform external benchmarking, and focus on driving gross margin and ROIC improvement. Additionally, with key business partners, youll review progress toward key strategies and objectives and present financial performance. Our team is continually moving towards progress.
