What you get to do in this role:Own DT product solutioning and build providing direction, delivering product features & improvements, and creating great customer experiences Liaise between Business stakeholders, Product Managers, and the Development team and convert the business requirements into technical specifications required for the developmentWork with the business, design, engineering, and product teams to create digital transformation experiences for employees and customersWork with development & product teams to scope product delivery, support solution strategies and understand development alternativesIdentify gaps and issues, design problem solutions, including the definition and collection of clear, actionable business requirements Imagine how users will interact with the product and develop robust use fluence product strategy and roadmap based on benefits optimization and market dataWork with the development team to evaluate the feasibility and technical alternatives for the requirements.Helps to solve complex issues using advanced product knowledgeClearly present product concepts, roadmap, and delivery timeline to leadership, engineers and scrum teamsPrioritize team backlog(s) to streamline executionEnsure that backlog is transparent, visible, and understoodTriage issues and defects between users and development teams Define and promote product changes which continuously increase maturity and sustain each level of maturity Monitor and report on performance against product and operational KPIs High energy, self-starter with aptitude for learning new technologies and ability to promote transformational changeBuild proofs-of-concept (POC) for potential new solutions and technologies by working with engineering teamsTo be successful in this role you have:10+ years of experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner or Product Manager working with stakeholders and cross-functional partners5+ years of product experience in defining, launching, and growing Enterprise or SaaS products in an agile technology organizationExperience defining the customer experience and personalizing the user journey across a cloud fulfillment ecosystemExperience working with product managers or business teams to understand the business requirements (features / functionality) and have healthy meaningful discussion on their importance, criticality, expected business value and feasibilityStrong experience in developing and communicating the Epic / Feature / Enabler goal(s)Experience in performing technical feasibility study, assessing different technical options, and selecting the most suitable one, defining practical timelines and assessing product delivered against the business requirementsStrong experience assessing value-effort-timelines tradeoff & make prioritization decisionsStrong negotiation and communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindsetExperience completing multiple, complex technical projectsShould enjoy working in a collaborative environment in a global team set-upExperience designing optimized customer journey experiencesComfortable presenting solutions to large audiences and senior executives in person, virtual, and webinarsA willingness to take on tasks that sometimes would fall outside of their scopeAbility to create ideas for how our digital experiences can make our customers more successfulSuccessful track record on diving into the details and while keeping sight of the overall product goalsPrior history working with the ServiceNow platform a major plusJV20ServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
