The servers are responsible for the taking of meal orders, placing orders with the kitchen staff and delivering meals to our residents in the dining room or to their apartments. Our servers will also be cross trained on dishwashing duties as well. In the down time between seatings there will be cleaning of the dining areas, prepping for the next meal service and other duties as assigned.Lathrop provides all servers with shirts. Black pants and non skid shoes are required.Lathrop promotes a diverse and inclusive work force.All employees must be vaccinated for COVID-19.
