Truck Driver - CDL Class A (1st Shift)

SUMMARY: Drives truck over established route to make customer deliveries.RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to: Drives truck to deliver refrigerated product to customers'' place of business. Completes all pre and post inspection reports as required. Notes any discrepancies and problems on the Driver Discrepancy Report. Listens to and notes service complaints and reports to supervisor. Bring back rejected or unsold merchandise as authorized on the Credit Slip. Obtains customer signature on receipt as proof of pickup or deliver. Cleans inside of truck. (cab and box) Performs routine maintenance on truck. Follows all Kayem and DOT policies, procedures and regulations. Other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have a current valid Class ''A'' driver''s license and medical card. Must have a clean driver''s record for the past 5 years. (No accidents No citations) Mustbe fluent in English, have good mathematical skills, have the ability to read road maps and follow directions. Must be flexible with hours and scheduled work days.
