DescriptionResponsibilities: Rebuilding/reimaging Windows machines and transferring/saving user profiles and data Working knowledge of Office365, Cloud applications such as Exchange , Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint. Troubleshoot iPhone, Windows XP- 10, Office 2007- 2016, VPN, network printers and network connectivity issues. Add/move/change users, GPO troubleshooting, printer and drive mapping in a Windows servers based environment Install, maintain, and upgrade software (Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.) Manage and troubleshoot diverse electronics (cameras, projectors, laptop, desktops, Tablet, etc.) Provide How-To''s and keep detailed documentation of IT issues and assets Maintain and manage printers, copy machines, and fax Train incoming staff about basic uses of technology Stay abreast of developments in technology that could enhance organizational effectiveness Monitor and manage system security and Servers Backup Check and process security logs coming from several sources License compliance and asset tracking Moving, setting up, and connecting equipment Other related duties and projects as assigned Qualifications: Associate''s degree (A. A.) with 4 - 5 years or Bachelor''s degree with 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Familiarity in Cloud Security, Network and System Activities Auditing, Network Routing and Security, and VMWare Excellent attitude and ability to maintain superior customer service at all times with users Desire to work in fast paced and rapidly changing environment Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Strong ability to investigate and probe that would lead to the discovery of the problem/ troubleshooting Must be able to use a reasonable amount of judgment under minimal supervision Team-oriented; able to communicate well with other team members, and be an advocate between IT team and end-users Basic Knowledge of Active Directory/Exchange, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls/basics of network and PBX administration. Experience in resolving virus and malware issues
