Registered Nurse

Insight global is looking for RNs to work for a large hospital system within Columbia and Kershaw South Carolina. There is a large variety of specialties open, and client is flexible on specialty experience. Under general supervision, the Registered Nurse provides individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level utilizing the principles and practices of the nursing process; delivers safe and effective care and interacts with other members of the health care team to achieve desired results. Minimum Requirements-Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state. -Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.-Minimum of 1 year of work experience-Current BSN or willingness to obtain a BSN within 4 years of hire Desired SkillsPrevious experience in OR, Med Surg, or ICU
