Description:D&W is currently looking for an experienced Field Sales Representative to cover our sales territory in Central and Eastern Massachusetts. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess proven sales success. They are also capable of promoting, selling, and supporting assigned D&W product lines.Job Responsibilities:• Develop new customer accounts as well as servicing and growing existing accounts• Analyze customer''s business needs and determine how company products and services can best meet their needs• Plan and organize customer visits along with sales strategies• Establish relationships with key decision makers with all assigned accounts• Advise and assist customers in areas including inventory, service, new products, and services• Regularly achieve sales and performance goals• Conduct all business transactions in an ethical mannerRequirements:• Prior experience in the truck, automotive or parts industry is preferred, diesel knowledge is a plus• Knowledge of selling techniques, must be able to speak the customer''s language• Strong time management skills• This position requires a valid state driver''s license with a satisfactory driving recordThis position offers competitive wages along with health, Paid Time Off, disability and life insurance, two retirement plans including a 401(k) plan with company match, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.D&W Diesel, Inc. is an employee owned, $100 million business with over 325 employees in 9 locations.
