The Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Brand and Creative team to develop clear and concise direct mail and email communications that will deliver on set business goals and objectives. This is the position for a self-reliant, independent thinker who thrives when presented with challenges and combines strong digital communication experience with a proven ability to develop content for a variety of outlets. This is a four month contract ONSITE in Minnetonka, MN. Key Responsibilities Effectively partner with key cross functional business partners to understand the goals/objectives/requirements necessary to successful develop and implement effective direct to member proactive communications that will deliver on the targeted business objective while improving member retention and NPS. Partner effectively with the Customer Service to ensure Advocate talking points, training aids are developed and deployed to deliver a quality member experience Develop list select requirements to ensure that the appropriate targeted members are accurately selected for campaign inclusion Oversee the development of the member list select requirements to ensure that the targeted members are accurately selected for campaign inclusion
