JOB SUMMARYThe Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for planning and aiding in the development and implementation of all of TeleTrackings marketing communications strategy, content development, demand generation and public relations activities; both external and internal. Oversees development and implementation of support materials and directs the efforts and MarComm staff in the coordination and execution at strategic and tactical levels along with the other functions of the organization.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops and directs the overall client communications plan and directs communicationexecution including, business publications, white papers, and press releases, and tracks mediareports about the company.Implements the strategic communications plan by performing certain responsibilities personallyand directing the communications team to perform other responsibilities to support attainmentof company goals.Coordinates with team members and external agencies to facilitate corporate brandmanagement, public relations, and media engagement.Works closely with Product Marketing to evolve solutions to meet market needs and directsadvertising and media campaigns to increase sales.Manages and directs companys web/interactive media presence including company website,SEO/SEM activities, social networks, blogs, and related tools.Oversees the customer experience initiatives including the customer satisfaction survey andreference program.EDUCATIONBachelors in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.Masters in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.EXPERIENCE5+ years marketing experience preferably in healthcare.At least 3 years experience managing and building a team.SKILLSThorough knowledge of marketing best practices.Ability to plan and implement complex objectives/plans.Strong understanding of media, website design, graphic design, and marketing automation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
