Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a fast-growing, pharmaceutical CDMO who is hiring for a Sterile Fill Formulations Scientist. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and benefits, working onsite in Charleston, South Carolina.ResponsibilitiesLeads pre-formulations activities for early-stage formulation development of liquid drug products and new dosage forms.Responsible for developing solutions, lyophilized injectables, sterile parenteral oral liquids, and liposomal delivery systems.Participates in implementing new methods and processes to solve problems.Authors client communications, deviations, specifications, investigations, SOPs, test procedures and summary reports.RequirementsBachelors degree in a related scientific field with 5-8 years of experience OR Master''s degree with 3+ years of experience OR PhD with 2+ years of experience.Clearly demonstrated experience and knowledge of parenterals, process development and scale-ups.Experience with early phase drug development and the use of relevant physiochemical properties for solutions development preferred.Expertise in scientific principles, laboratory practices, cGMPs and regulatory requirements for pharmaceuticals and biologicals.
