As a Commercial Card Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of approximately 600 Commercial Card clients with annual spend They cultivate strong relationships with both the clients in their assigned portfolio and with internal partners to achieve growth and retention goals. It is their responsibility to maintain high customer satisfaction levels through consistent and meaningful contact, informative account reviews, sharing of best practices, partnering with service and operations teams to resolve issues, and leading structured spend optimization efforts. Key responsibilities include: Proactive development and execution of client expansion and retention strategies Focus on overall client experience and scorecard objectives Building strong internal partnerships and alignment with Banking & Treasury Services (TS) partners Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree and or 5+ years of experience in Relationship Management (Commercial Card industry preferred) 5+ years of experience in client account management Proven client relationship skills Demonstrable track record evidencing an exceptional client experience with measurable results and the ability to proactively build relationships and trust with clients Experience in successfully managing multiple client relationships concurrently Excellent communication and presentations skills with experience presenting to C-Level executives Ability to work independently with little professional guidance Proven ability to innovate, problem solve, and develop customized solutions to client issues and challenges Strong negotiation skills In-depth product knowledge in the Commercial Card industry In-depth product knowledge of specific JPMC payables products Ability to work independently with little professional guidance Experience with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and Zoom.
