Join our team of premier employees and become part of the Elgin Advantage!What Does a Sales Customer Relationship Specialist Do?The Sales and Customer Relationship Specialist is responsible for the direct relationships with new and existing customers with the purpose of maximizing our relationship with our customers through improving voice of the customer, customer intelligence, market share, value pricing, and forecasting, resulting in success for our customers and EFG. This incumbent will work closely with the Estimating& Customer Service Manager to drive leads and sales opportunities within the business, while also working collaboratively with Key Account Managers to ensure effective coverage across customers. What are the requirements?4-year degree preferred or equivalent work experience.Experience in customer relationship management and sales analytics in a manufacturing, distribution/supply chain environment. Excellent computer system skills which include Microsoft Office & ERP systems. Highly analytical with the ability to identify trends and anomalies through data.Excellent math, logic, and organizational skills.A keen sense of urgency and ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
