QA Lead/Manager

Job Description Requirements: 3+ years'' experience leading and managing test automation teams/projects 6+ years'' experience with test automation Extensive experience with UI Automation tools, preferably Selenium Web driver and Appium with Java Proven ability to build frameworks from scratch Strong knowledge of Java/Selenium Ability to work in a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment Expert knowledge of Agile methodology Client facing with outstanding written and verbal communication skills Key Responsibilities: Lead teams Design and build a test harness for automation testing Architect test automation framework and develop new test libraries Implement QA process and automation to improve the overall testing cycle Support QA engineers in Agile environment Provide guidance, oversee test standards, and assist with code reviews - provided by Dice
