S. McCrossan team. We act as GC for major single-season and multi-year projects (e.g., I-94 reconstruction between Maple Grove and Rogers, extending Hwy 610 west of Hwy 169) and participating as a joint venture partner in projects, including the I-494/Hwy 169 Interchange and the Green Line Southwest Light Rail Project. We have an immediate opening for a Senior Construction Project Manager to join the Company''s operations team. This is a leadership position responsible for providing project management and contract administration oversight for both large scale multi-year projects or a group of intermediate-sized projects. This position is located in Maple Grove, MN. Qualifications Bachelor''s Civil Engineering/Construction Management degree or equivalent combination of technical training and experience 7-10 years Project Management/Construction Management experience; diversified Highway/Heavy Civil Construction experience preferred; Design-Build project experience a plus Experience using HCSS Heavy Job or similar Project Management software a plus Excellent leadership, organization, communication, and negotiating skills Responsibilities Support project bidding and procurement activities Plan, administer and supervise Highway/Heavy Civil construction projects Maintain excellent relationships with project partners - owner, consultants, subcontractors -- through constant communication and consistent professional behavior Establish and maintain safe working conditions; implement and enforce corporate safety policies and procedures Coordinate all phases of project construction, ensuring work is performed on time and within budget, proactively identify potential delays and address conflicts Negotiate and process extra work claims, change orders, supplemental agreements, and value engineering concepts Track and monitor subcontractor work and billings We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including health/dental insurance, 401(k) match, flex benefits, vehicle allowance, and generous vacation/PTO.
