Our team is seeking a TS/SCI cleared Video Teleconference Operations Support Technician (VTOC) to join our team in Springfield, VA. The User Facing and Data Center Services (UDS) program provides data center services and support to NCE. The selected candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills and will be proactive and proficient at out of the box problem solving.Job Description: The UDS Video Teleconference Operations Support Technician (VTOC) provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to the NGA Video Teleconference (VTC) systems. Primary Responsibilities: * Scheduling and managing local and remote AV/VTC events, to include scheduling of physical room space when required* Generate Tier 1-3 incident tickets in Service Now* Provide Closed Captioning Support for all Tier 1 VTC for the hearing-impaired community* Provide user education and training on VTC equipment and other basic hardware and software functionsBasic Qualifications: * TS/SCI Clearance w/ ability to obtain CI Poly* Experience or knowledge of* Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS)* CISCO Telepresence 6000, 8000 MXP, EX90, DX80, SX20* H323, H320 and SIP protocols* Excellent troubleshooting capabilities and strong communication skills.* Strong work ethic and attention to detail* Strong time management skills and ability to work flexible schedules to meet job requirements* Ability to work independently on projects and/or tasks* Security+Note: Must be able to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.
