The Nursing Assistant Trainer coordinates, plans and conducts nursing and nursing assistant clinical orientation and training programs for professional and nonprofessional personnel with the primary training focus for nursing personnel. Conducts the Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program (NATCEP) at the ProMedica Senior Care state approved classroom and clinical sites. Supervises clinical training of student nurse aides enrolled in the NATCEP program.
