Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest.Specific responsibilities include:To provide the highest level of customer service set forth by the Kohler Waters Spas and ForbesMeeting and greeting guests with professionalismCleanliness standards of all areas within the spa including treatment rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areasUpholding and maintain set uniform and grooming standardsKnowledge of spa services and amenities; including but no limited to Facials, Body Treatments, Waxing, Bridal MakeupKnowledge of emergency proceduresProviding the highest level of technical service and adherence to SOPsMeeting agreed upon retail sales goals by educating guests on at home careMaintain continuing education criteria based on State of Wisconsin requirementsAdhering to policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co.This is a part time position, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 8:00am and 9:00pmSkills/RequirementsCurrent and valid State Esthetics license requiredPrior experience in a spa environment preferredExperience in Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion and HydraFacial is a plusTo fully demonstrate our commitment to the health, safety, and wellbeing of our associates, we are requiring all U.S. based team members to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
