The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in translating brand messages into powerful visual designs and will demonstrate creative flair and a professional approach to feedback, time, costs, and deadlines. There is no lack of exciting projects to work on in our fast paced and fluid environment!Hybrid: Mon-Wed in office Thurs-Fri Option to work remote Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer:Translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, easy to understand and on brandThe Graphic Designer will develop design solutions that are integrated with company goals and priorities, within budget and on timeDesign and produce printed and digital marketing collateral, including advertisements, bi-annual catalogs, multi-facetted brochures, tradeshow graphics, POP signage and product packaging/labelsCreate and update informational sales materials including PowerPoint presentations, graphics, and dataAssist in defining scope for design projects and coordinating production needs with vendorsThe Graphic Designer will contribute to the evolution of the brand imageRequirements for the Graphic Designer:Bachelor''s degree in visual communications, graphic design, advertising or related fieldMinimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in print and digital media within a creative team environmentSome experience with B2B marketing preferredExpert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Creative Cloud, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, Acrobat) on a Mac OSX platformProficiency with image manipulation, color-correction, scanning, etc.; knowledge of HTML and CSS a plusThe Graphic Designer must have strong design portfolio (imagery, typography, layout, branding)Ability to take an existing brand and creative assets and adapt and re-format design elements among many different pieces of collateral (print and digital)Insistence on high quality work with a perfectionist focus on detailAbility to work well under pressure, keeping track of projects, timelines and deadlines and continually communicating them with the teamThe Graphic Designer must have the ability to work on site in our corporate headquarters just north of Cartersville PI189735421
