Job Description

The Corporate Engagement Account Manager partners with the Business Development Consultant to expand client engagement, grow student population, and grow revenue with strategic and high potential accounts. The Corporate Engagement Account Manager will represent a select range of products and offerings from AIU/TUI to align university specific offerings to client needs. Create and execute marketing strategy to position AIU/TUI education offerings within assigned vertical. Represent AIU/TUI as Subject Matter Expert for assigned AIU/TUI product base. Maintain knowledge of business and industry developments within that may offer potential for new business opportunities for AIU/TUI, e.g. merger or acquisition, major new business launch, etc. Secure additional Core Engagement or Marketing Opportunities within assigned accounts to grow student population and revenue. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Coordinate the involvement of AIU/TUI personnel, including support channels, academics, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers'' expectations. Partner with Business Development Consultants to execute marketing/promotional plans approved by assigned clients. Maintain a thorough working knowledge of client business needs and awareness of competitors in the education space. Understand education industry trends and know how they affect the AIU/TUI relationship with its clients. Develop deeper client relationships within assigned AIU/TUI client partnerships. Serve as a liaison between AIU/TUI field operations and internal academic resources to support strategic offerings. Represent AIU/TUI as requested at conferences or other venues. Travel will make up 60% of this role. Other duties as assigned Required Skills Ability to network/prospect to create new sales opportunities. Excellent verbal communication skills, including telephonic and good written communication skills Ability to build relationships of trust with corporations, potential students, agents etc. Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities on a consistent basis. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight travel. Ability to work independently and to drive expected results.Required Experience High School Diploma 5+ years'' experience in customer service, sales, and/or account management.Preferred Bachelor''s Degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field. 3-5 years corporate account management and/or B2B marketing experience. Prior business development or account management experience.
