We are partnered with Boston Public Schools to provide in school services, we have an Early Intervention contract with the Department of Public Health, and we have insurance funded home based services. This combination allows for flexible scheduling and gives our BCBAs the opportunity to refine and grow their skillset with a variety of clients.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Clinical Manager is required to have a minimum of a master''s degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field and is required to be BCBA certified and licensed in the state of MA . The Clinical Manager is also required to have relevant supervision experience and meet all of BHW''s program competencies. The Clinical Manager reports directly to the Clinical Director and develops, monitors, and oversees ABA treatment plans, provides direct clinical case supervision to behavior technicians, and provides oversight and direction of assigned cases and behavior technicians. Outstanding communication and leadership skills are necessary for this role. Please note that all content of this job description is subject to change at the company''s discretion.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSRequired:Minimum of a Master''s degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related fieldMust be BCBA-certified and licensed in the state of MA.Excellent communication skillsExcellent organization skillsExcellent leadership skillsCommitment to upholding the company''s mission and vision to the communityPreferredMinimum of 2 years of experience working directly with autistic individualsMinimum of 2 years developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plansPrevious experience as a behavior technician implementing ABA treatment plansPOSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following statements are intended to describe the major elements and requirements of the position and should not be taken as an all-inclusive list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required of individuals assigned to this job.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIESEnsures quality clinical service delivery by meeting all minimum supervisory requirements and parent training hours (requirements vary per funder) Maintains an average of 5 hours per day of billable clinical time across each month Provides monthly supervision to all behavior technicians on their team (maintaining 5% supervision for any Registered Behavior Technicians)Develops, monitors, analyzes, and updates client programming on a monthly basisConducts Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as assignedProvides guidance and direction to assigned behavior technicians on treatment plan and behavior plan implementationProvides establishment of program goals, agendas, protocols, measurement systems, and procedures Develops and monitors treatment plan protocols Conducts supervision, parent education, adaptive behavior treatment protocol modification based on assigned cases'' authorized treatment hoursResponds to family/client issues in a timely manner; escalates when necessaryResponds to critical staff issues in a timely manner; escalates when necessaryDevelops and writes progress reports and submits on time to Clinical DirectorRenders clinical time on CentralReach at the end of each session, including completing session notes to BHW and health plan standards and collecting parent signatures.
