Clearance Requirement: Active or Current TS w/ a current SCI and Polygraph.This position is contingent upon award.POSITION OVERVIEW The Program Manager will be responsible for exercising operational control and oversight of performance for an assigned contract. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) Maintain adequate staffing levels of personnel. Assure the quality, content, and prompt delivery of all tasks and contractual deliverables associated with the program. Implementing procedures to monitor cost performance. Track and manage costs to ensure the contract stays within the planned budget Manage the hardware/software baseline configuration for all program-related work, as well as any other internal work required. Manage and track changes to program baselines, as well as regularly tracking program master schedules and control gate progress. Assist the program team to define and document project configuration items, and control, track, and report changes to configuration items. Required Skills: Eight (8) or more years of experience as a Program Manager on IT projects managing complex network and systems engineering for a government customer. Demonstrated experience successfully managing disparately located personnel. Demonstrated, recent experience managing programs with complex requirements. Demonstrated, recent experience managing a program delivering IT capabilities and solutions in production, while transitioning to modern and/or efficient technology solutions. Demonstrated experience managing cost, schedule, and budget of contract against mission requirements and prioritization. Desired Skills: Demonstrated recent experience managing IC cyber intelligence programs delivering tactical technical operations solutions. Experience managing projects with dependencies across IC elements. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline, plus eight (8) years of experience, OR twelve (12) years of experience with no degree. Specialized Knowledge/Skills Requirements Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired: Detail Oriented. Ability to communicate effectively and concisely using a variety of styles and technique appropriate to the audience. Extensive analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organization skills. Ability to get consensus and collaboration across multiple unites. Ability to participate productively as a contributing member in a team environment Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft Office and standard computer applications. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
