The OpportunityThe Server Products Building Maintenance performs general housekeeping and light maintenance duties for the office and production facilities according to guidelines.ResponsibilitiesPerform general, routine custodial duties to include sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, restocking paper and soap supplies for office space and production facilityCollect and remove trash throughout facility and dispose in dumpsterPerform all recycling activities for paper, cardboard, and other recyclables according to required procedures throughout facilityUnlock doors and ensuring doors are locked after cleaning areasReport needs and concerns to appropriate staff, which may include submitting or recommending work requests and checking supply levelsPerforms routine maintenance to custodial equipment and suppliesRequirementsHigh school or equivalent education and experience6 months previous custodial or maintenance experience Sense of urgency towards completing assigned tasks on timeGood verbal communication skills, given and received Benefits5 weeks PTO/yrClean, climate-controlled facilityExceptional health care benefitsClick here to view a list of all our benefits!
