We''re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!OBJECTIVE OF ROLE:This individual works with the firm''s Global Head of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) in day-to-day and long-term responsibilities, acting as the global ESG business partner to the wider organization to help co-ordinate initiatives and collate information on the firm''s ESG progress. This role will participate in the Global, Regional and Business line Sustainability Committees and/or Task Forces to help ensure the firm''s ESG progress is consistent and current.RESPONSIBILITIES:Support Global Strategy & ManagementWork with regional and global leads to develop near- and long-term plans, establish goals and metrics, coordinate activities and communicate progress toward achieving them.Participate in and help manage global, regional, business line and ESG/Sustainability committees.Collaborate with leaders of functional groups to educate on ESG opportunities and influence change to current policies and processes or create new ones, as neededDevelop and deliver presentations related to ESG strategy, performance and roadmapSupport Investor Relations, Marketing and CommunicationsRespond to investor and client requests for informationManage the semi-annual ESG report process, and contribute to other global reporting including PRI, NZAMI, UK Stewardship Code and GRESBMaintain inventory for publicly reported ESG metrics and collaborate with internal professionals to create ESG content developmentEnsure ESG/Sustainability information is current at the firm, regional, business line and fund levelsTrack Global Industry Trends & Peer ActivitiesTrack and report on trends, developments, and thought leadership on ESG, sustainability, public benefit corporations, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)Perform peer analysis and identify benchmarking indicators QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:BA/BS degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or economics or related field with strong record of academic achievement5 - 7 years of relevant experienceHighly skilled in modeling investments in Excel; Argus Enterprise experience is preferredKnowledge of DCF, NPV and cash flow modelsStrong financial and analytical ability with solid organizational skills and ability to multi-taskHighly developed verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProactive thinking with detail-oriented and creative problem-solving approachCandidate must be authorized to work in the United States for a minimum of 5 yearsBenefits:Our benefits are a good reason to come to JLL.We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people in our industry, and then empowering them with the resources and support to enhance their health, financial and personal well-being.
