Project Manager (Automotive)

Position Overview: TheProject Managerisaccountable for developing, maintaining, updating, distributing, and managing estimates, observing and monitoring the performance of the Superintendent, and overseeing change orders and the billing process. This individual will also be responsible for supervising subcontractor performance, ensuring the project meets quality and performance specifications and regulatory requirements, managing the start-up of the project, reviewing costs against estimates for each total project, and updating labor productivity reports. Individual assignments will vary based on project scope, phase, and job requirements. Qualifications: Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelors degree related to the construction industry and 7 years experience in construction project management, with exposure to automotive and/or manufacturing projects. Specific experience related to managing self-perform equipment installation (tooling, conveyor, and associated structural steel modifications) is required. Must have the ability to travel to project sites across North America (up to 85%).
