Customer Service Parts and Counter Sales

Description:D&W Diesel, Inc. is looking to hire an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative for our Buffalo, NY location.Job Responsibilities: • Handle a moderate volume of inbound calls related to heavy duty parts • Work to establish business relationships with customers • Access information on our products and stay up to date on product and industry changes • Aid sales representatives with research of products, pricing, availability, and applications • Handle and process the incoming and outgoing of parts and productRequirements: • Previous experience in a customer support role with strong communication skills • Experience with heavy duty parts or tank truck equipment is a big plus • Must have a technical aptitude with an ability to learn products • Proficient in MS Office and other computer functions • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the positionCandidates will work with an experienced staff and participate in regular training activities.
