Project Manager with Security Clearance

Position: Project Manager Location: Washington, DC ** $10,000 signing bonus available ** ** Position subject to contract award NMR Consulting is seeking a Project Manager who will work closely with a Department of Defense client to create innovative analytical processes, statistical approaches, data visualizations, and models. The successful candidate will lead a small team of data scientists, analysts, architects, and application developers to help our client monitor and improve data quality. Some travel is required. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as the government''s point of contact and to provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel in support of a data analytic services contractResponsible for the quality and efficiency of the contract statement of work to include both technical issues and business processes.Supervise ongoing technical efforts and manage overall contract performanceMake decisions in response to issues, concerns or problemsRespond to government stakeholder questions, concerns and comments as well as be proactive in providing alerts to potential contract or program issuesCreate and manage project plans, timelines and deliverablesCommunicate schedules and ensure deadlines are metRun weekly project status meetings; track status of issues and identify risksCreate culture of innovation, communication and transparencyRequired Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT and a bachelor''s degree in IT, management, finance, engineering, or relatedAt least three (3) years of experience as a project manager or a program managerExperience in data analytics, including experience with technical analysis, data integration, dashboard design, dashboard creation, and dashboard displayExperience providing decision and strategy development supportDemonstrated written and oral communication skillsPreferred Qualifications: PMP Program Management Professional (desired)Three (3) years of experience in data analytics, including proven experience with technical analysis, task planning and management, data integration, dashboard design, dashboard creation, and dashboard displayExperience with Qlik (including Qlik Sense, Qlik Data Catalog, Qlik NPrinting, and Qlik GeoAnalytics) or a comparable product preferredExperience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and/or Salesforce desiredExperience with Agile development methodologies required, with experience transitioning a program from Waterfall to Agile methodologies desiredExperience advising CDO/CTO/CIO-level stakeholdersNMR Consulting is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
