The Federal Reserve Bank is looking for a motivated, talented, and experienced Digital Workspace Analyst passionate about innovation, to work with and support the Digital Workspace Program. This group is part of the Information Technology Services (ITS) department of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco (FRBSF).To be successful in this role, you must have excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrate leadership, produce quality deliverables, be able to take direction and work independently, and be able to manage your workload to meet project timelines. This role is a critical component to our teams success. It requires sound judgment, an eye for accuracy, and discretion in handling confidential information. A successful candidate will have the ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously and to communicate effectively with senior management and anticipate their needs. You would serve as a resource to the Digital Workspace team to help research tools to resolve a business need, assist as needed with product rollout and end user support, manage communications regarding product rollouts and issues, as well as helping manage products through our security process. Responsibilities:Supporting Digital Workspace program goals in collaboration with the Endpoint and Network Services teamsResearching, analyzing, and recommending tools and applications to satisfy our employee needsProvide project and process management within the team including communications managementServing as our SAFR compliance contact to manage applications and tools through the security processPreparing and presenting clear and graphically sound project materials related to tools selection. This would also include creating metrics by which to measure success of tool rollouts and adoptionDevelop strong relationships with local and System colleagues in support of business operationsYou will compose and edit correspondence with very high standards for grammar, spelling and document formatting and while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality Qualifications:Bachelors degree with concentration in Computer science, Management information systems or comparable technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of experience working on complex projects with multiple executive stakeholdersStrong technical proficiency and knowledge of computer hardware and software, including Windows, Visio, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat and a strong user of collaboration tools, such as SharePoint, Web Conferencing, sharing documentsAnalytical proficiency and ability to translate findings using visual elements such as graphs, tables, etc.Strong ability to quickly learn and master multiple business specific applications. In addition, to also teach and guide others on how to use tools and technologiesDemonstrated good judgment to seek help from manager or escalate issues appropriatelyConsistently focus on providing high level of service and collaboration with the team while maintaining the utmost level of confidentiality all timesAnalytical, collaboration, leadership, critical thinking, multitasking, and time management skillsStrong oral and written communication skills.
