NC3 Intelligence Analyst with Security Clearance

TGG is seeking Intelligence Analysts to assist the Government with identifying, characterizing, and mitigating threats posed by specific adversaries to the U.S. NC3 Enterprise. You will perform I&W, Current Intelligence, and JIPOE function to produce articles, briefings, spreadsheets, visualization documents and other assigned intelligence products that support CDRUSSTRATCOM''s ability to plan and execute NC3 Defense and Strategic Deterrence operations to defend networks and infrastructure needed to accomplish NC3 missions. Place of Performance: Offutt AFB, NE Qualifications for the NC3 Enterprise Intelligence Analysts • More than eight (8) years of relevant experience as an intelligence analyst producing finished NC3 intelligence from multiple intelligence disciplines (e.g., HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT).• More than eight (8) years of relevant experience authoring or contributing to published intelligence products related to adversary NC3 threats, doctrine, capability, intent, tactics, techniques, procedures (TTP), and requirements.• More than eight (8) years of demonstrated analytical experience authoring products according to current DNI, and DIA tradecraft and formats.• More than eight (8) years relevant experience authoring complex search queries in IC databases, i.e., message traffic search engines.• More than three (3) years relevant experience in assigned area as an "All Source" intelligence analyst, specializing and focusing on NC3 actions of adversaries assigned in Annex E of the NGI Plan. This work must have produced "strategic" All Source intelligence, which is defined as adversary strategy, doctrine, capability and/intent that is appropriate for a non-specialist audience GOFO and above.• More than three (3) years as an all source analyst with relevant NC3 experience analyzing and evaluating changes in adversary capability and intent, tactics, techniques, procedures (TTP), and threats U.S. NC3 missions and capabilities.• More than two (2) years relevant experience conducting extensive research and analysis of foreign use of cyberspace capabilities as they relate to USSTRATCOM NC3 EC missions, in one of the follow areas: - Space/counterspace strategy - I&W - Cyberspace - Undersea warfare experience• More than two (2) years demonstrated experience as an All Source analyst providing, strategic level NC3 cyberspace-related intelligence support at the Joint Staff, DIA, a combatant command, or General Officer/Flag Officer/Joint Task Force.• More than two (2) years of demonstrated experience as an All Source intelligence analyst supporting NC3 deliberate and crisis action planning, conducting NC3 JIPOE, including NC3 System of System Analysis. --The GARRETT GROUP, Inc. is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
