We are currently looking for a Front of the House Manager who can contribute their industry skills and expertise while also learning and growing with us as a leader. If you want to work in an environment where your heart and sense of adventure matter as much as your ability to accomplish basic FOH manager tasks, we want to meet you! What youll be doing: Actively participating in service to support our teams as they deliver inspired hospitality to guests in our vibrant dining space, gorgeous patio, and unique basement bar Collaborating to innovate systems, processes, and standards of service that will help us continue to grow Connecting with and helping to develop the individuals on our high-performing team What youll need to be successful in this position: Excitement for creating memorable experiences for our guests and our team members Passion for learning and talking about food and beverages Experience in the hospitality industry and familiarity with the basic tasks of running service and managing restaurant-related IT (we use Toast, Tock, and Google suite) Interest in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to balance a fun, flexible environment with self-driven standards of professionalism Courage to take risks and embrace failure as part of any creative process, along with the compassion to support others around you when theyre doing the same Evening and weekend availability for 5 consecutive days/week What we have to offer: Sooki & Mimi is part of Vestalia Hospitality (, an organization that cares about the well-being of every team member.
