Division Information PACCARs Information Technology Division (ITD), located in Renton, WA utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide systems development, consulting, voice and data communications services to the entire Corporation, which has high visibility in the technology sector.Requisition Summary Global Connected Services is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager. This position may be located in either Kirkland, WA, or Denton, TX. Candidate must have legal right to work in the U.S. Domestic and International travel is required. PACCAR Global Connected Services is revolutionizing the vehicle ownership experience with the development of innovative services for connected vehicles. Global Connected Services is hiring a Product Manager. The Product Manager will serve as a subject matter expert for the connected services product and is responsible for defining connected vehicle service offerings, developing go-to-market strategies for new services, and managing program development. This position reports to the Director of Global Business Portfolio with the responsibility to follow Global Program Management policies and procedures. Job Functions / Responsibilities Drive customer value and identify monetization opportunities. Establish and management of Connected Vehicle Services processes. Align Connected Services strategy, pricing, processes, and systems with PACCAR Divisions. Ensure supplier products and services are onboarded and manage vendor relationships. Analyze customer behavior to drive increased services sales. Facilitate workshops to scope projects and gather detailed product requirements. Prepare requirements, user interface guides, and functional specification documents. Plan and coordinate end-to-end validation of new features/services. Research data to uncover the root cause and initiate resolution. Develop and manage program budgets and schedules. Write business plans and obtain approval. Qualifications Proven leadership, analytical ,and business development skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Technical aptitude and the ability to succinctly communicate technical topics is required. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with proven presentation and influencing ability. Must demonstrate the ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, manage multiple simultaneous projects, and respond dynamically to shifting priorities. Requires independent judgment and effective project management. Commercial truck product knowledge is strongly preferred. The candidate should be willing to make use of industry-standard processes and techniques and be resourceful in solving complex technical problems. Ability to manage costs, time, and resources. Familiarity with project management methods and tools. Experience with data analytics and data visualizations tools is a plus. Experience with software development cloud computing is desirable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) required. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI preferred. Six Sigma training preferred. Education Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology required. Masters degree preferred. PMP or PgMP certification preferred. More than 5 years of professional experience is required, preferably in the automotive, commercial vehicle, or subscription-based services industries. Experience in B2C/B2B eCommerce, subscription-based services, connected vehicle services, telematics platforms, and fleet management systems preferred. International work experience desired.
