You will find a team atmosphere committed to safety and excellent customer service, along with a stable career that offers outstanding benefits!Under direction of the CEO, you will be responsible for providing high level comprehensive support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Senior Leadership Team and managing the organization''s office operations. This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, be resourceful, and offer solutions to problems with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.You Will:Works directly with the CEO, senior leadership team, and board to support all aspects of daily work routine.Maintains the senior leadership teams'' calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel. Responsible for exercising discretion in committing time and evaluating needs and priorities. Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the senior leadership team''s ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staffProvides coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and programs and assists in project planning, intake, prioritization, initiation, execution, and training, as well as fostering collaboration. Assists the senior leadership team with the development of presentations and materials for internal and external audiences, expense reporting and reconciliation, credit card approvals, and other various expenditure needs. Act as custodian of corporate documents and records. Preparation of records, agenda, notices, minutes and resolutions for corporate meetings & Board meetings.Assisting the senior leadership team with dashboard development and maintenance for key performance indicator or KPI tracking.Additionally:Work in a safe and efficient manner, according to the AgState Safety PolicyDemonstrate work habits that develop, build, and support the team concept within the organizationUtilize professional and pleasant customer service skills at all times when servicing and greeting customers, and when working with co-workers and vendorsDisplays a high degree of accountability, integrity, and confidentiality with strong verbal and written communication skills and exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail. Other duties as assigned. You Have:Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration or related field strong preferred.
