The RoleWillis Towers Watson benefit consultants have deep experience working with organizations of all types and sizes. We have worked closely with clients to develop some of the most advanced benefit design techniques currently in use. We combine expertise in retirement and investment consulting to support organizations worldwide in designing, managing, administering, and communicating all types of retirement plans.As a Shared Delivery Pension Administration Project Manager, you will:Project manage small to large scale projects, including, but not limited to:Remediation projects for data, calculations, uncashed checks, QDRO, etc. as well as data digitization projectsBulk lump sum windows for terminated vested or active participantsLump sum windows administered as part of pension plan termination projectsPension administration services for annuity purchase transactionsContinuous improvement activities such as service delivery and administration strategy reviewsOther ad-hoc administration projects such as trustee processing, late pension payments, etc.Coordinate across service lines, including call center and systemsSupport and/or participate in new business activities, either internal or prospect-facing, depending on situationHelp establish team roles and responsibilitiesHelp drive superior, consistent project management for concurrent projectsTranslate business needs into comprehensive project plans including objectives, timeline, deliverables, budget, and quality standardsProactively manage changes in project scopeMinimize exposure and risk throughout projects by managing risk and issues listWillis Towers Watson benefit consultants have deep experience working with organizations of all types and sizes.
