The Retail Construction Project Manager will work directly with our Director of Construction and will assist in our build process for all new stores. We are looking for a passionate individual who is excited to grow, innovate and disrupt the regular retail clothing industry through a transformative experience. You consider yourself to have an above average E.Q.WHAT YOU DOManage all phases of new store construction projects from design conception through procurement, build-out, store opening, and project closeout.Establish and track project budgets and municate and report the status of budgets and schedules to internal partners.Bid, negotiate, and award contracts for general construction.Issue request for proposals and procure millwork, flooring, lighting, and systems.Supervise all on-site activities.Manage general contractors and vendors on a daily basis throughout the project.Responsible for the completion of projects within the established schedule and budget.Partner closely with the Store Design Manager by providing estimating and value engineering support.Review construction documents for consistency prior to GC Bidding.Partner and closely communicate with internal teams on project schedule, key dates, and site conditions that are imperative to each teams new store opening responsibilities.Issue an updated new store opening schedule weeklyRequisition ID: 2021-3542 External Company Name: Altar''d State External Company URL: Street: 150 W Church Ave Position Reports To: Home Office Leader
