We believe we are true partners to our business and we WIN as a team by becoming true experts in our space.What you''ll do:Work as a key technical team member to do the work necessary to deliver on our product goals.Configure, administer and support critical Windows-based systems including vendor and custom developed applications.Act as a technical subject matter expert for key systems. Support routine and ad-hoc research and discovery.Support continuous improvement of run-state operations (logging, monitoring, alerting, metrics, level 2, and documenting of knowledge for scalability across the technical team).Work with other technical teams to arrange for technical dependencies and cross-collaboration.Foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected spire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization''s direction (product/agile/devops).Basic Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other related field/experience5+ years experience developing and supporting Windows applications (.Net, Windows Server, SQL Server)5+ years of relevant experience working with technology teams to deliver business and technical solutionsPreferred Qualifications:High level understanding of Dev Sec Ops, continuous integration, container based applications, cloud deployment architecturesHighly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and effectively prioritize themWillingness and drive to learn and understand detailed software solutionsHigh level of professionalism and confidence with the ability to build credibility with leadership, team members, and business partners and establish effective working relationshipsAbility to problem-solve, plan, scope, and provide estimates for work effort, producing quality deliverables on time and on budgetExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels, and explain technical concepts clearly and concisely to multiple layers of peers and leadershipExperience with the asset finance industry (leasing, lending)Experience with scaled agile frameworksExperience with equipment finance origination and servicing systems such as Rapport, InfoLease, Vertex, PTMSAbility to develop software solutions in UniBasicLI-RemoteLI-AB2Workplace Type:HybridCompensation Range:The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
