OverviewThe Staff Chaplain is the spiritual care specialist of the interdisciplinary care team responsible for assessing spiritual care needs and providing direct spiritual care and consultation to residents, families and staff. Within the Spiritual Health Services (SHS) department, the Associate Staff Chaplain works alongside staff chaplains/director in support of the CPE students and SHS volunteers. Responsibilities/Job Description Provides Spiritual Health Services Functions as a Member of the interdisciplinary Team Serves as a theological, ethical and educaitonal resource Maintains role as ''clergy in good standing'' with religious adjudicating body and PC/NACC CommunitiesQualifications Post Baccalaureate degree or post Baccalaureate degree in process in theology or religious studies or traiing as required by the chaplain''s faith group; Required Graduate Degree in Theology from a CHEA accredited theological seminary or religious studies program; Required One or more units of ACPE Accredited Clinical Pastoral Education *CPE) Endorsement by faith Group; Required 1-3 Three Years Experience; Required
