Location 4677 - ProMedica Hospice Care - Woodbury - Serving South Jersey Educational Requirements High School diploma or G.E.D.Qualified as a Home Health Aide in the State per State and Federal Regulations. Position Requirements Minimum of one year experience as a Home Health or Hospice Aide, or is currently enrolled as a nursing student who has had a minimum of 6 months clinical experience, or has completed a Home Health or Hospice Adie training program or a certified/ state tested nursing assistant (or completion of PCA course- Florida only), as allowable under state specfic guidelines.
