Learn more at Overview of Job Function: As an Implementation Engineer you will configure a JavaScript library per client and business requirements, implement and provide ongoing support to client services team and clients directly, set up, maintain and monitor complex operational and technical processes. Responsible for the successful technical implementation and continued support of several products. Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities: Ongoing technical support for survey implementations Answer client calls and emails pertaining to technical issues Facilitate the survey code implementation process for new Mobile Web clients Facilitate the survey code implementation process for new clients Complete other tasks assigned by your manager Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience 0-3 years of experience troubleshoot issues and work with client to resolve Ability to explain deployment process to client Implement and test code with supervision and review Interpret, triage and follow trouble tickets. Strong technical aptitude Organized and process oriented Strong work ethic Proficient in spreadsheets and documents Effective written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Exceptional attention to detail Eager to learn and flexible with change Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations Ability to troubleshoot (or read) HTML and JavaScript code LI-TS1
