Project Manager/ BA

Job DescriptionThis will be a PM/Business Analyst role that we are hoping to utilize for that project as well as others. Project Management - Should have an extensive IT based project management background - Should have an interest in documenting processes and procedures and ongoing lessons learned (technical writing) - Needs to be familiar with multiple methods/tools of project tracking: Excel, Sharepoint, Salesforce, etc - Needs to be self-driven. Looking for someone who dives in, learns fast, and takes over once at the right confidence level - Needs to be extremely organized as they will get tasks from all angles across multiple projects. They need to be able to prioritize based on impact, escalation, etc. Business/Data Analytics - Most of the items in this list are a must. I am very data driven and Ive created a ton of tools within CRM systems and externally through Excel or Sharepoint. I need someone who absolutely knows and loves Excel as I need help managing these tools and at some point migrating them into longer term solutions like Salesforce, etc. - Must be Proficient in Excel. If writing elaborate formulas to solve the task at hand doesnt make them giddy, they are likely not meant for this role. - Must be familiar with Salesforce lightning including creating reports Bachelors required, preferably in a related field, but if not then related certifications will be considered.
