ResponsibilitiesCedar Creek Hospital of Michigan opened in 2017 as a beautiful and state of the art 54-bed facility. Cedar Creek provides evidence-based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues. Cedar Creek Hospital invests in our patients by offering an integrated medicine approach that provides the latest therapies including yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, music therapy and nutrition. As part of our success and innovation in the field we are seeking qualified applicants for our Intake Registered Nurse RN team.Position Description:The Intake RN responds to requests for services and determines clinical appropriateness of each request. Information is normally obtained through initial clinical phone information, followed by clinical evaluation if appropriate for the client and coordinates with the physician regarding patient care needs. The Intake RN will facilitate this process by assisting the client, family and referral sources. They also provide information to clients, families and referral sources regarding treatment programs, insurance and admission procedures.Hours: Shifts for this position are generally 12 hour shifts, 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am.
