The objective is to sell insulation materials and the labor to install the product in homes. Sell to existing Installed Building Products customers Execute a sales plan that meets or exceeds stated revenue and profit targets Optimize call routes to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency Meet regularly with customers in to understand their evolving needs Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities Conduct cold calls, searches and other means available to acquire new customers Educate potential customers on Installed Building Products services and reputation Build longterm, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers Complete all necessary paperwork including but not limited to tickets, proposals and requisitions in an accurate and timely manner Maintain any certifications required by IBP or VendorsTo Be Successful Experience in the construction industry helpful Strong math skills required Computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Assertive personality, high energy level, and resilient character A customer service orientated attitude and exhibit high integrity in all business dealings Strong time management and organization skillsFor Your SafetyThe physical demands described here are representative of those necessary to complete the functions of this job.
